Product description

The Lishang LS-U500 is a five-axis CNC machining center designed for heavy and complex parts processing, large mold manufacturing, and precision cutting of heavy aerospace and automotive components. Leveraging its expertise in professional CNC R&D and manufacturing, the center prioritizes heavy load capacity, micron-level precision, and high machining efficiency, meeting the demands of multi-process integrated machining of large, heavy workpieces. It equipped with the Shanghai Renaco N5EC bus-based absolute CNC system, the machine supports five-axis, five-link functionality and eliminates the need for zero return upon startup, significantly reducing setup time. Its core features include a Ø500mm high-precision worktable (optional Ø630mm) with a maximum load capacity of 500kg, enabling heavy workpiece machining. It enables single-clamping multi-process machining of complex curved and multi-faceted heavy-duty workpieces, significantly reducing setup errors and labor costs.
