The Lishang LS-U800 is a five-axis CNC machining center specifically designed for machining ultra-large, heavy, and complex parts, manufacturing giant molds, and precision cutting of heavy-duty aerospace/automotive structural components. Leveraging China's expertise in professional CNC machine tool R&D and manufacturing, its core features include an 850kg ultra-heavy-duty load capacity, an 800×1010mm ultra-large machining stroke, and micron-level precision control. It completely solves the pain points of traditional machine tools, such as insufficient load capacity, limited stroke, and large clamping errors in multi-process machining, making it suitable for the integrated machining needs of heavy-duty workpieces in high-end manufacturing.

The machine tool is equipped with the Shanghai Rinaker N5EC bus absolute CNC system, supporting five-axis five-linkage functionality without requiring zeroing upon startup, significantly reducing startup preparation time. Its core configuration includes an Ø800mm high-precision worktable, and the 850kg ultra-heavy load capacity can stably support giant molds, heavy aerospace structural components, and other workpieces.
